Our latest issue of Beyond Sindh features ‘Gautam Malkani’, London’s hottest author on the cover page, he took four years to write a book-seller book about British Indian teenage boys, fetching rave reviews from Time of London to New York Times.

This issue is about Sindhis from different parts of the world, who are talented in the special vocations they have chosen for themselves. These people have followed the path that may or may not reap rich profits, but they LOVE what they do. Be it painting, writing, drawing cartoons or Indian Classical dancing…you can sense their inner peace as they talk about themselves, what’s especially interesting is hearing what these diverse Sindhis think about our community.

We have Meena Makhija, a drummer in an Asian Jazz band of USA, who is also studying at a medical school so that she can go to improvised countries and help locals and Menka Purswaney, from Hong Kong, who is so in love with Kathak dancing that it is contagious.

We have from India our very own Sundeep Dharma, who is making rounds with his fashion chorography among the high society circles in India’s top fashion capital.

We have other successful Sindhi youngster like Lokesh Kirpalaney from Las Palmas, who is a cartoon artist, Navin Nagrani, from Chicago, who is real estate broker, Leena Thadani from Lagos, who is a painter, Anita Punjabi, from Accra, who is a restaurateur, Dr. Yuvraj, a spiritual healer, and Soni Gidwani, from Hong Kong who is Handbag designer.

The magazine has some more interesting articles like ‘What do Sindhi Women Want’, ‘How men work’, and ‘Dealing with a broken heart’. On spiritual front, Dina talks about ‘Death’.
For travel, we take you for a coffee treat in the interiors of Kerela and of course, most interesting of all is ‘Munjal Aiye’ ask Nicky and Nita, which is all time favorite. We also have some interesting recipes, horoscope, poet’s corner, artist view of world and many pictures of Sindhis wining and dining at parties around the world.

Our next issue will focus on joys and pains of inter-cast marriages. If you have story (or a picture) to tell about yourself or somebody you know and would love to share with other Sindhis around the world, do send me a PM with your email, my team will get in touch with you.
