During monsoon season my grandmother used to make "MALPURO" Now, my mom makes it and we all relish it.
Method:
1.) Take cardamon (elachi), anise seeds (saunf) and ground almonds and add them to wheat flour. Boil water with sugar and add this syrup to the the wheat flour so that you can make a paste.
2.) Deep fry this and immediately after frying you can take place it on a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed. Then immediately put it milk. This way malporas will immediately absorb the milk.
