We cannot ostracize people from the community just because they make comments on observed facts.

If Sri Harilela, a prominent business tycoon from HK told media, that "Sindhi's are quarrelling crabs" then it is his comment on his observations. Everybody has right to his opinion and there is nothing depreciating in factual expressions.

Why do we lack the power of tolerance, our tolerance to face the truth?

Irresponsibility is of the person who cannot control his ego or anger and his cover up to distort the facts. It is not on the person who is the victim of his emotions, and he has every right to expose it.
