I luv ALOO TUK. Hence writing the recipe.

Ingredients : 8 potatoes, 2 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp mango powder, Oil for deep frying, Salt to taste

Procedure : Peel and halve the potatoes, Salt the halves and deep fry in a low flame, Poke with a knife to see if they are tender. Let it cool. Using the palm of your hand, flatten out the potatoes on the rolling board with a light hand. deep fry till a golden colour, Garnish tuks with little red chilli powder, mango powder, coriander powder
